All stay packages begin and end with dinner
All participants will be accommodated in holiday resorts, pensions and private quarters in Mielno. All resorts possess 2,3 and 4 person rooms.
Cost depends on the type of participation: - table
ATTENTION: There is a possibility to participate only in the most important events of the Rally
- SATURDAY – participation in the banquet (without accommodation nor Winter bath) – 40 zł/per person

SUNDAY – registration, participation in the Walrus parade and the Winter bath – 20 zł/per person
Applications:
Application deadline is 31 January 2012 ( may be extended by the Organizer). To registry - fill out the Application form available at www.zlotmorsow.mielno.pl or personally in the Rally Office.
The deadline date is determined by necessity of accommodation and sustenance registration.
Essential condition of the application acceptance is making a payment by the chosen type of participation and the number of participants to the Bank Account:

Payment will be treated as a confirmation and acceptance of the Rally Regulations, it will also be basis for making proper arrangements.The room arrangements are determined by the order of the Applications and payments. After the deadline Applications will not be accepted (unless there has been a consent from the Rally Organizer)
